Online Bill Pay FAQs

If you have a bill from Stamford Health Medical Group, you can pay it online. To learn more, read the frequently asked questions below.

How to make a payment online

  1. Select the “Bill Pay” option at the top of the page

  2. Enter the amount you would like to pay under the “Order Information” section

  3. Enter the security code displayed in the “Security Code” section

  4. Click “Continue” and you will be directed to the next page

  5. Under the “Order Information” section enter your Patient Account # in the “Invoice Number” box. Your Patient Account # can be found on your billing statement.

  6. Enter your credit card information in the “Payment Information” section

  7. Under the “Billing Information” section, enter the patient’s First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number

  8. Click “Pay Now”

  9. Print your receipt
